Outside Designs - Under Construction

Pacwest is primarily a design-build firm, taking projects from conception to completion. That said, we are also able to deliver the same top quality home that we are known for, working off of somebody else’s design. We have worked with local architects and designers as well as building homes designed from outside the region and sometimes outside the state. Pacwest has structural standards that we have found perform well in our environment and can help coordinate with outside architects or designers to make sure we’re building a quality home that will perform in our environment that we can stand behind for years to come.

Tetherow - Skene Trail

These clients came to us with build-ready plans from Darren Thomas Architecture and Planning, which is great. Our team has built his designs before and they turned out beautifully.

Crosswater - Twin Rivers

We will be building a home for some clients who had a Sun Forest design that they wanted us to build. The home was permitted and most of the way through the architectural review committee process, which is a great time for us to take on the build.

Redmond - Larch Dr.

This couple came to us with a great, modern design from Anacapa Architecture looking for a builder in Central Oregon. The home incorporates many angles and flat roofs to work with the sloping site and have a minimal visual impact on the surroundings, while creating a very livable floor plan.
