Tour of Homes 2012 - Awbrey Butte
You may have seen this home on the 2012 COBA Tour of Homes. It sits on the North side of the Butte and has amazing views from all of the public rooms. A stone and paver courtyard take full advantage of the southern sun. We won "Best Landscape", "Best Feature" for a downstairs family room, and "Best Architectural Design". This home turned out great and the home-owners are happy to be living there now.
Eagle Crest
This home sits perched high on a bluff with views up and down the Deschutes River canyon. Located in Eagle Crest, this home will take in all that the area has to offer with a secluded feel on a large private river lot mere miles from the Eagle Crest resort and all of it's ammenities.
Broken Top (double lot)
This spacious single-level home was designed by Steve Van Sant to sit in the middle of two lots in Broken Top. The home features a porte cochere, entry courtyard, glulam hammer trusses, coffered ceilings, and great outdoor entertaining spaces on the front and rear of the home. This home will be great for entertaining, but will also be comfortable when you're just spending a snowy day by the fire. This home will be completed in 2014.

This home was designed for a couple who love to travel. The home will be filled with art and furniture that they have collected over years of travel. The entry door is a hand carved Teak door designed and built in Bali.
This is one of the newest of the many homes Designed by Steve VanSant on Awbrey Butte. Timber trusses and generous use of stone give the home a Northwest feel while the open floor plan makes the home very livable and comfortable.
