Steve VanSant had the pleasure of working with these clients on the design of their Crosswater home. Their lot backs up to a pond and forested common space away from the golf course which will give them access to what Crosswater has to offer with a more private, secluded backyard to take in the nature of Central Oregon. An expansive outdoor living area with a mixture of covered and open spaces helps facilitate the strong indoor-outdoor connection most people moving here want in their home. The style and material selection will be a great addition to the neighborhood. Unique geology and groundwater issues present in Crosswater add another challenge to the design, but our team is ready to take it on.
