Spring River - Cooper

Blair Davis worked with some very fun clients out of Washington on the design of their dream home on Spring River. The home sits on a sloping lot with big views of the crystal-clear headwaters of the Spring River. Exposed beams allow for a very open feel with shed dormers to create more volume and allow for more expansive glazing on the view side. A large deck and partially-recessed hot tub are located on the back to take advantage of the beautiful view. We also incorporated a separate RV bay as well as a dedicated theater room.
