Foothill Loop South - Sisters
These clients originally came to us with plans designed by a local architect, but unfortunately the house, as designed, was not within budget. Rather than going back to the architect to value engineer, they decided to have Steve VanSant design a new home for them, which turned-out beautifully. The numbers came in on target and after we finished the construction of their shop, we started building the house. As a design-build firm, our team has a big advantage when it comes to designing around budgets.
