Crosswater - Nest Pine

Not only can Pacwest design new homes from scratch, but we also have hundreds of designs that we’ve already built, which can be modified to meet our clients’ needs. This home is a revision of a home that Steve Van Sant designed in Black Butte years ago, which met their needs, but needed to be modified to comply with Crosswater’s design guidelines. Our client had some great ideas for ways to make the home work for them as well as some material changes that we feel will turn out great. The home will be a family retreat and features 4 suites to comfortably accommodate their kids and grandchildren or a group of friends who want to come enjoy the golf course or spend a few days on the mountain. Massive stone fireplaces, glulam trusses, battered stone columns, and a full wrap-around porch give this family retreat the warm feel of a cozy cabin even though the home is over 5,000 s.f. Our relatively mild winter and spring will allow us to break ground in March of 2020, which puts us well on our way to have everything dried in before snow starts flying in the fall.
