Tree Farm - Golden Mantle

A relatively flat 2 acre lot with mountain views proved to be a great canvas for Blair Davis to design a home for a family from California. He designed the home with the flexibility to function as a vacation home now with the potential to become a primary residence in the future as their lives change. The home is situated on the lot to pick up on a view corridor to Broken Top with primary views of Mt. Jefferson and Washington. The large lot allowed for ample outdoor living space, including an in-ground pool with plenty of room to spare. The project is coming together nicely and we’re all anxious to get started building it.
