Crosswater
There are many beautiful lots in Crosswater, but few compare to this one, sitting right on a water feature with the fairway beyond. This family retreat takes advantage of the view with all of the public living space, Primary Suite, and a wrap-around paver patio looking out to the water. The spacious lodge-style home features massive timber trusses with steel bases set upon full-bed battered Montana Mossy stone columns. Similar detailing will flow into the stairs, which span over a glass wine room. Although it has a large footprint, the home is proportionate to the lot and the massive ponderosa pine surrounding the structure. We had to push the limits of what the ARC would allow to get the best design approved for our client, but in the end, they ended-up seeing it our way and agreeing with our rationale and proposed design. It will be a great addition to the well-established neighborhood.
