Awbrey Butte - Horizon

Many of the empty lots on Awbrey Butte are still empty due to the challenging slope and difficulty designing homes on them. The lot our clients came to us with was no exception and Blair worked with them to integrate their dream home into the site and still managed to get a driveway down to the house. The home has Mountain views from Mt. Hood to Mt. Bachelor with everything in between from different spaces in the home. Our clients are coming to Bend from a less sunny part of the PNW and opted for more whites and light greys on the interiors to keep everything bright.
