Before and After

Before we are a remodel company, we are a people company.

A recent meeting with current remodel clients, Bob and Ginger, helped us realize that we have a bigger impact on our clients lives than just improving their home; We have spent several months with your team and subs and feel like they are part of our family. To us, every project is unique and we approach every project as a clean slate, from your perspective. We will advise you when we see a challenge or obstacle, but for the most part we have yet to meet a client whose request we could not fulfill. Just tell us what you want and we will find a way to make it happen.

Being a small company allows us to maintain a high level of personal attention to you and your project. Our goal is to exceed your expectations at the end of the project - we want to see the smile on your face when we hand over. To help you visualize what your new kitchen or bathroom or addition is going to look like, we will create a full color, 3-D rendering of your project before we start so you will have a better idea of what it's going to look like at the end. Our design team has many years experience designing kitchens and bathrooms as well as other interior spaces. This is a unique service that only Pacwest can offer.

Here are just a few examples of projects that created some very happy faces. We'd like the opportunity to do the same for you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Saginaw Remodel

The homeowners had lived in this house for decades and decided it was time to update the home, replace some old materials on the outside, and fix some things that had bothered them for years. On the exterior, we added a covered entry with a paver patio, re-sided and painted the entire house, re-roofed the home, and re-graded the driveway and created a swale to eliminate some undesired pooling issues. On the inside, we reconfigured a very steep stairway, removed some walls, repainted the whole interior, replaced all of the flooring in the home, added windows, and removed an old wood stove that they were no longer using. The home turned out great.

Standard to Stylish

With this kitchen remodel, the room was transformed, using the original cabinet layout but adding a more updated contemporary finish. We replaced the cabinets, countertops, added a dramatic backsplash and relocated the appliances to make this kitchen more appealing for the chef.

This was an unbelievable transformation. This small dated house had beautiful views overlooking Mirror Pond, but desperately needed updating. Without tearing the whole thing down, we completely transformed this single story home into a showpiece, completely remodeling the interior as well as what you can see here on the exterior.

The back of the house now features an extensive outdoor living experience, complete with large maintenance free viewing deck, no-hassle landscaping and large children's play area.

This 1500 sq ft 1970’s home had been neglected for some time. It was in desperate need of updating, additional space and landscaping.
Scope of work included completely redesigned kitchen, master suite addition, complete floor plan redesign for efficiency, new roof, windows, septic system, and much more. A total of 1800 sq ft additional space was added.

This outdated ranch kitchen and dining area received a cost-effective update by refinishing the cabinetry, installing new island countertop, new light fixtures, paint and upholstery.

This new kitchen and dining area benefited from new cabinet layout, granite slab countertops, new appliances, and unique ceiling enhancement with new lighting design. The island makeover included new down draught cook-top, basket drawers, wine rack and exposed pullout shelves. Floor to ceiling windows improved the view of the new paver patio outdoor living area.

Basement to Entertainment

From a basement with block walls and concrete floor to a beautiful entertainment room.  Off to the side we also added a full wet bar and additional space for the family pool table. This is now a room where the whole family will enjoy being together.

This master suite overhaul focused on a more functional design to allow natural light and create more open space. Featuring a stylish, contemporary floating vanity and a large custom glass shower, all within the existing bathroom footprint.

The original fireplace separated the living space. By removing the existing fireplace and adding a more efficient model to an exterior wall, the space transformed into an open living floorplan, complete with new floor, Cambria countertops, stone accents and wood trim.
